As Custom's CEO, Carole oversees the day to day operations at Custom, including Financial and Human Resource responsibilities.  Carole is the majority owner of Custom and has achieved the goal of qualifying the business as a certified Woman Owned Business Enterprise in 2004. Carole earned her Master's Degree in Education from Oakland University and is a member of WBE, CEED and Skis and Tees, a Golf and Ski Club based in Livonia.  Her hobbies include golfing, reading, skiing, walking and gardening.

Jeff is our President who started Custom in June of 1995.  His responsibilities include defining our short and long term strategic direction, and managing overall business operations. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Northern Michigan University.  He is a member of HIMSS, PMI, DAC, PIS and Skis and Tees.  Jeff enjoys outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, golf, skiing, hiking, travelling and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

As Director of Operations at Custom, Brad assists in managing day to day operations as well as our recruiting team in order to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.  He also interacts closely with our sales team in opening new accounts and maintaining existing clients. Brad has been with Custom since August of 2007 and received his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from MSU. Brad is active with MIGANG, DetroitNET, Detroit Young Professionals and The American Cancer Society.  Brad spends as much time as he can on the golf course and enjoys leisure sports like bag hole, fantasy football and tailgating.

Debbie is our Director of Finance and Administration, and has been with Custom since August of 2001.  Her main responsibilities include working closely with the "powers that be" in all aspects which make Custom run!  Debbie handles daily financial detail and all monthly financial reporting, and oversees the  overall administration of Custom, regarding business insurance, payroll, benefits and more.  She loves to golf, and spend time with her daughter Hayley, family and friends.

Denise is our Administrator, and has been with Custom since March of 2006.  She handles human resource business, payroll, daily accounting functions, and provides administrative support to the Sales and Recruiting teams.  Denise earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Macomb Community College, and enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends.  She loves to camp and hike in the Province of Canada, and dabbles in all sorts of technology.

Mark is a Business Development Manager who joined us in August of 2005. His main responsibilities are new business development and maintaining existing account relationships.  Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with a minor in Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University and is a member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.  Golf and Ice Hockey are his favorite sports.

Hal is a Business Development Manager and joined the Custom team in July of 2005.  His main responsibilities are new business development and account management at current and new prospective client sites.  Hal received his Bachelor of Science in Business Communication from Central Michigan University and is a member of the Project Management Institute.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, and their children, Alexis and Braden.

Mark is a Business Development Manager and has been with Custom since September of 2002. He is responsible for new business development, account management, and directing recruitment for IT Staffing and Solutions Development consulting. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Western Michigan University. He is an avid golfer, sports fan, history buff, coach of his daughter's fast pitch softball team, and holder of vast amounts of trivial information.

Andrea is a Technical Recruiter on the Custom team, who joined us in January 2010.  Her responsibilities as a Technical Recruiter are to assist in the recruiting process as well as evaluate technical consultants for our client's IT needs.  Andrea will be obtaining her Bachelors in Business Administration with a Human Resource emphasis from the University of Michigan Dearborn in the Spring of 2010.  She is a member of the Human Resource Association of Greater Detroit as well as a vital element to the Copper Door Pool League!  She  enjoys playing piano, dancing, painting, sports and camping!

Her responsibilities also include identifying and evaluating technical consultants for our clients' IT needs. Deena has over 20 years in the consulting and staffing industry, as well as, an extensive Human Resources background.  She is active with Ann Arbor Spark and Automation Alley.  Deena enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and is a member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.
