Unix Engineer

This position is responsible for UNIX engineering for various servers. It is also responsible for hardware and software engineering, installation, testing, configuration, maintenance, and third level troubleshooting for various UNIX servers in a 7x24x365 production environment.  This will include ensuring availability of packaged software and recovery systems. Third level problem determination will be performed to provide the necessary resolution and recovery solutions and to determine root cause. This will involve working with all levels of management, internal and external clients, technical staff, and vendors.
