2. Business process engineering: Utilize

Document and communicate business processes in the form of process maps,
policies and procedures. Perform above responsibilities in coordination with
Enterprise Process Improvement staff.
3. Testing coordination: Coordinate activities related to unit, integrated and
accepting testing for corporate projects to ensure timely completion of these
activities and adherence to the project plan. These activities include:

Development and administration of
testing scenarios that represent the business functions of the organization
